Ways to reach Tabakoshi

In Gopaldhara Tea Estate, Tabakoshi is about 5 kilometers ahead of Mirik. If you are a budget tourist, the best way to get Tabakoshi by shared vehicle is to board one heading to Pokhriabong from Siliguri Darjeeling More or even Darjeeling / Sukhiapokhri / Mirik.

Places to visit in Tabakoshi

1. The Lord Siva Temple is a lovely temple located next to the Tea Gardens. 

2. Try to visit Gopal Dhara Tea Factory, one of two tea factories in Taba Koshi.

3. Orchid House- This is a nursery with a wide variety of trees, orchids, and flowers.

4. Visit a ginger farm in your area. It will take your breath away.

5. View Point-On the road to Mirik, you may get a bird’s eye view of Taba Koshi from here.

6. Bokar Monastery is a Buddhist meditation center that is located on the way to Rameetay Dara.

7. Bunkulung (Jayanti Nagar) — Ecotourism is promoted here, and there are home-stay options available. Debisthan– A Hindu deity temple built on a hill near Sumendu Lake.

8. Mirik Church — This church is close to Don Bosco School.
